    Our website is "secured" meaning the information transmitted between your web browser and our server is encrypted so that it cannot be easily accessed by malicious sources. Upon the completion of this program, all data will be permanently deleted from this website.

    Parents: The personal information you provide to us through our website is ONLY accessible to the administrators involved with Vilonia Christmas Angel. We provide "masked" information to those interested in sponsoring your family. For example, when a sponsor logs in, your family is represented by a Family ID number and your children are represented by a Child ID number, gender, and age. However, any information you list in any of the clothing size fields or the needs/wish list is displayed exactly as you have entered it.

    Counselors: While we have taken precautionary measures to protect the personal information of the parents and children who will be participating in this program, please take great care in protecting any information you have received through paper forms. As a counselor, you will ONLY be able to see information that you have entered in on a given family.

    Sponsors: The information you provide to us during the account creation process will be used only to verify that you are a legitimate sponsor. It will not be used for any other purpose or shared beyond the administrators of this program.
